Dennis DiDonna –
Founder and CEO.
A pilot and highly successful entrepreneur, Mr. DiDonna has grown D & J Architectural Precast from a small operation to Florida’s premier provider of premium precast products. Mr. DiDonna’s exquisite sense of style and keen eye for detail ensure our products are truly extraordinary and our customers delighted. Mr. DiDonna is also an Architectural Precast Association (APA) Certified Finishing Technician and is OSHA Certified.

Frank D’Amato –
Vice President of Operations.
A seasoned operations executive, Mr. D’Amato spent nine years in the US Navy operating submarine nuclear reactor plants prior to assuming increasingly responsible positions at Fortune 500 Companies and private companies. He has
extensive experience producing high end architectural and polymer concrete products. He is a certified ISO 9000 Lead Assessor, a Six Sigma Greenbelt and holds a B.S. in Management from The New School University. Mr. D’Amato is an APA certified batch plant operator.

Kim Thomas –

Treasurer and Accounting Manager.

Ms. Thomas, a business manager and entrepreneur, owned and operated a custom auto body paint company prior to joining D & J. Ms. Thomas has a keen eye for color and design. She holds a Management degree from the University of Miami. Ms. Thomas is an APA certified central mix batch plant operator and a PPG certified color matcher.
