Dennis DiDonna –
Founder and CEO.
A pilot and highly successful entrepreneur, Mr. DiDonna has grown D & J Architectural Precast from a small operation to Florida’s premier provider of premium precast products. Mr. DiDonna’s exquisite sense of style and keen eye for detail ensure our products are truly extraordinary and our customers delighted. Mr. DiDonna is also an Architectural Precast Association (APA) Certified Finishing Technician and is OSHA Certified.

Kim Thomas –

Treasurer and Accounting Manager.

Ms. Thomas, a business manager and entrepreneur, owned and operated a custom auto body paint company prior to joining D & J. Ms. Thomas has a keen eye for color and design. She holds a Management degree from the University of Miami. Ms. Thomas is an APA certified central mix batch plant operator and a PPG certified color matcher.

Don Morrow –

Director of Manufacturing.

Mr. Morrow is a highly talented manufacturing and sales executive with experience in all phases of concrete manufacturing. He has extensive experience in production, color matching and mold making techniques. Mr. Morrow is OSHA certified.

Pete Schrickel – Installation Manager

Mr. Schrickel has spent his career managing large construction and high end residential projects in South West Florida. He is a BMHC-80 certified project management supervisor. Mr. Schrickel has extensive training and is certified in scaffold erection, OSHA construction regulations and First Aid and CPR.

Frank D’Amato –
Vice President of
Operations.
A seasoned operations executive, Mr. D’Amato
spent nine years in the
US Navy operating
submarine nuclear reactor plants prior to assuming increasingly responsible positions at Fortune 500 Companies and private companies. He has
extensive experience
producing high end
architectural and polymer concrete products. He is a
certified ISO 9000 Lead Assessor, a Six Sigma Greenbelt and holds a B.S.
in Management from The
New School University. Mr. D’Amato is an APA certified batch plant operator.

Craig Corbett –

Director of Design.

Mr. Corbett is an entrepreneur and international expert in Concrete Design and GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete). He has done work for a wide range of clientele including Las Vegas performer Chris Angel, and Ben Cooley on the Indianapolis Children’s Museum. Mr. Corbett’s design experience ranges from classical and Victorian architecture to cutting edge conceptual work.

John Rosso –
Sales Manager.
Mr. Rosso has spent his career in Project Management and Sales in the construction and architectural precast industries. He led the FGCU Lutgert Hall Precast installation. Mr. Rosso specializes in historic restorations and his work can be seen on the Ringling museum, The Cad’zan residence and the Charlotte County Courthouse. Mr. Rosso leads our team of design consultants bringing your imagination to life and ensuring that every project is completed to your complete satisfaction. He holds a business degree from Edison College.
